My wife and I once visited the Botanical Gardens in Mendocino while on a trip there. In our stroll through this beautiful garden I saw this variety of lily for the first time. On our way out, we found a flyer inviting entries for a photo competition that was going on. I sent it in on a whim and it won the top honor.
